Punkerton Records Shipping Policy
We guarantee every order is shipped in perfect condition from us.
However, once your package is in transit, Punkerton Records is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, customs hold-ups, or damages caused by carrier mishandling.
Vinyl, CD & Cassette Disclaimer
All vinyl records are hand-pressed and may contain minor cosmetic differences (color swirl variations, slight warps, jacket scuffs, seam splits). These do not affect playback and are not covered under replacement or refund.
Due to the fragile nature of CD and cassette cases, minor cracking or scratching may occur in transit. Replacement cases are not provided for this type of cosmetic damage.
Insured Shipping Methods
We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping options whenever possible.
Uninsured packages cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or damaged.
U.S. Domestic
- UPS – insured up to $100
- USPS Priority – insured up to $100
- USPS Ground Advantage – insured up to $100
- USPS Media Mail – not insured
International
- USPS International First Class – not insured
- USPS International Priority – insured up to $200
Customs Fees (International Orders)
International shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes.
These fees are not collected or controlled by Punkerton Records and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot reimburse or refund orders that are refused or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees.
Freight Forwarding
Orders shipped to freight forwarding services are at the buyer’s own risk.
Once your package is delivered to the forwarding address, Punkerton Records is no longer responsible for loss, damage, or delays.
If a return or exchange is required, we can only provide a return label to the original shipping address on file, not to a forwarding address.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by emailing info@punkertonrecords.com.
Punkerton Records reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% to cover transaction and processing costs.
Repeated cancellations may result in future orders being declined.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal, or failure to pay customs fees:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A refund will be issued for the product(s) only once the return is received.
- To reship your order, additional postage costs will apply.
