PUNKERTON RECORDS REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY
PRODUCT IMAGES
Product images shown on our website are real photos when possible, but in most cases pre-order images are digital mockups based on the best available information at the time of listing.
Due to variations in lighting, manufacturing, screen settings, and hand-pressed production methods, actual items may appear slightly different in color, finish, or splatter effect.
Each vinyl pressing is unique and may vary from the digital mock-up or sample image shown.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and Refunds are issued on a case by case basis.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date.
After 30 days have passed, returns cannot be accepted for any reason.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned under most circumstances:
- Vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, and any other physical media
- Digital downloads or other digitally delivered products (music, tickets, audiobooks, etc.)
- Books, magazines, comics
- Swimwear, socks, underwear, facemasks
- Food items and gift cards
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
We cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or soiled clothing, or items with odor or pet hair.
If you send a return that does not meet these standards, it will be returned to you at your expense.
To request a return authorization, please email info@punkertonrecords.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Our team will respond with a return authorization form and instructions.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or variant, we recommend purchasing the new item separately while it’s still in stock and returning your original item for a refund (if eligible under our policy).

RETURN GUIDELINES
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels are not provided.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns must arrive within the 30-day return window from the original delivery date.
- All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and free from damage, pet hair, and odor.
- If a vinyl record or CD is approved for Return Exchange (such as in the case of a verified defect), it must be sent back using the same protective materials it arrived in, (I.e. a sturdy LP mailer and LP Records mailer insert pads) to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
- Exchanges that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may be denied or refunded only partially.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

Please retain your tracking number until your return has been fully processed and refunded.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@punkertonrecords.com within 10 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A photo or 10–15 second video showing the problem (especially for playback issues with vinyl, CDs, or cassettes)
We will review your case and advise next steps.
Please note: minor cosmetic imperfections (light corner dings, small seam splits, color inconsistencies, etc.) do not qualify as defects. These occur naturally during the manufacturing and shipping process.
