Alex Addy Releases “The American Dream” On Punkerton Records

Houston folk and reggae artist Alex Addy has released his new album The American Dream, featuring the lead single title track. The album was written, recorded, and produced by Addy himself in his home studio over the last 4 years. “This record was written and recorded as I was realizing my own version of the American Dream,” explains Addy. “It is somewhat satirical and a musical documentation of my journey of the search for the American Dream.“

The album was picked up by Punkerton Records who have released it to all major streaming platforms.

Currently, Alex Addy goes by Mr. Addy. He is going on his sixth year teaching 2nd graders how to rock. Lately, he thinks he is Bob Marley crossed with Bob Dylan. From the looks of it he will be making records until he dies. Check out his fifth album “The American Dream”, which is available now.
